Marks, part of Propelis Group, is seeking a Designer who blends brand, packaging, and digital commerce across food, beverages, and consumer goods. You will create compelling design systems for physical and digital spaces, work with cross‑category teams, and elevate eCommerce content from briefs to final assets.
You’ll translate briefs into standout visuals, support junior teammates, and advocate ADA‑compliant practices while delivering on time and with clarity.

The Design Group at Marks is a large, diverse, and agile team of creatives. We specialize in everything from printed packaging to digital eCommerce, working across categories like food, beauty, spirits, and beyond. Whether refreshing a design, launching a new product, or creating content for the Digital Shelf, our team delivers end-to-end solutions—from one-off projects to some of the most iconic and complex private brand programs in the world.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This is a remote position in the US. We are open to candidates in various states, with the exception of those residing in the following: AK, DC, DE, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, UT, VT, WY, WA, WV
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $50,000 USD - $65,000 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Bachelors or better.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Firefly), and collaborative tools like Miro
Years of experience in packaging, digital, and/or brand design
Comfortable working across macOS and Windows; proficient in InDesign, Keynote, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong portfolio showcasing excellence in design thinking, typography, composition, illustration, photography, presentation skills. Experience in UI design for eComm is a plus.
Familiarity with Adobe Substance/Dimension and Figma, is a plus
Experience in CPG, food, beverage, wine/spirits, or tech is preferred
