Job summary

Ogilvy seeks a talented Designer to shape and elevate world-class brands across digital, social, print, and integrated marketing channels. Reporting to the Head of Art, this role blends strong craft with strategic thinking in a fast-paced agency environment.

You’ll develop compelling visual systems and brand expressions that connect with audiences and drive results, collaborating with Copywriters, Art Directors, Strategists, and Account teams to bring ideas to life.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional design experience in an agency, in-house, or studio environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven work and exceptional craft across channels.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); AI-Powered Design, Figma and motion tools a plus.
  • Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience developing campaigns, brand systems, and content across digital-first platforms.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing beautifully crafted work; strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality creative across digital, social, CRM, presentations, print, motion, and integrated campaigns.
  • Partner closely with Copywriters, Art Directors, Strategists, and Account teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Translate briefs and business objectives into thoughtful, on-brand design solutions.
  • Lead design execution from concept through final production with strong attention to detail.
  • Contribute original campaign ideas, visual directions, and innovative concepts.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple touchpoints.
  • Present work clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate across departments while building strong working relationships.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on craft, process, and creative thinking.
  • Stay current on design trends, emerging platforms, culture, and new technologies.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of creativity, consistency, and excellence.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Designer to help shape and elevate world-class brands across digital, social, print, experiential, and integrated marketing channels. Reporting to the Head of Art, this role is ideal for a highly conceptual designer who blends strong craft with strategic thinking and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

What You'll Do

Pay Range

$45,000 — $100,000 USD

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
