Job description

Compensation is based on a $3 tip credit. Employees have an opportunity to get paid more than their hourly wage based on the overall store’s performance with a tip pool contributed to by customers when placing orders. $3 of your hourly wage is a tip credit. If the tip credit does not meet the hourly wage your pay will be adjusted to ensure your wage never falls below the expected total hourly wage including tips.

Plus

• Tips compensated as portion of pay where pay will never be below the hourly pay rate for the position but could be more. Hourly rate is $3 less where the remaining is tips. If tips are less than $3 the difference will be made up to ensure the pay rate is not less than posted for the position.
• Incentive program- eligible after 90 days and if qualified for the pay period each hour worked will be compensated an additional $1 an hour for that pay period.
