Job summary

Olberding Brand Family in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a senior designer to support client brands across packaging design, production artwork, and print services. You will contribute to design craft, manage projects, and work with onsite teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions for consumer products.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of agency design experience required
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Expert level in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Knowledge of Adobe XD / After Effects / Premiere is a plus
• Experience with consumer products packaging and pre-media is preferred

Our clients are primarily consumer products companies and printers and we help them by delivering a broad range of services from brand strategy and packaging design, to adaptive design across various print and digital platforms, all the way to color management and the production of printing plates. Reporting to the Design Director, the Designer will work with an onsite team to support our client in helping to market the brands they produce, and consumers have come to love. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to complete any assigned tactical task, be a reliable design contributor and be able to self manage projects, proactively providing solutions on tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
