ADVANCED CHENEGA SERVICES, LLC in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Designated Site Psychologist to conduct psychological evaluations addressing fitness for duty, safety, and security for HRP and Nuclear Explosive Duties. This is an independent contractor (1099) position contingent upon bid award.

Responsibilities include ensuring HRP/DOE requirements, assessing HRP-certified individuals, coordinating EAP referrals, and collecting MMPI-3 and PAI data. Maintain records and provide testimony when required.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in clinical psychology.
• Completion of a 1-year APA-approved clinical internship.
• Minimum 3 years postdoctoral experience in psychological assessment.
• Valid unrestricted state license to practice clinical psychology in NM.
• Background and drug screening cleared.

Responsabilités

• Conduct evaluations for HRP and related duties per DOE/OST requirements.
• Assess fitness for HRP duties and refer/remove from HRP as needed.
• Provide guidance and referrals (EAP, private insurance) and monitor progress.
• Integrate data from interviews, MMPI-3, PAI and external documents.
• Maintain Federal Agent and staff records (paper and electronic).
• Utilize OST SharePoint and related sites; document management.
• Attend agency conferences/trainings; travel as required.
• Provide program consultation and testify as an expert witness when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
