Job summary

Southland Industries seeks a Technology Analyst to support the Design Technologies team across our national footprint. You will maintain Revit templates and project setup processes, support third‑party tools, and document workflow changes.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure standards and adoption across design projects. You will contribute to deployment of new tools, provide in‑person and remote training, and build comprehensive documentation to streamline

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering, IT, or related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of Revit technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with MEP processes, VDC, and construction project workflows.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage timelines/resources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong active listening and empathy skills.
• Deep understanding of design technology in the AEC industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (AEC team members, detailers, engineers, IT, leadership).
• Configure workflows and features to meet divisional requirements; optimize design processes.
• Support deployment of design technology initiatives, including new third‑party tools and training rollouts.
• Assist in change management for new design technology rollouts and updates.
• Gather feedback from design teams to improve technology adoption and workflows.
• Develop and deliver training materials, including in-person sessions.
• Create and maintain documentation (SOPs, SharePoint pages, best practices).
• Support scalability of design technology solutions across Southland's regional sites and divisions.
