Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a Design Software Support Agent in the Design Center of Excellence to help ensure stable operation of AEC design software across the enterprise.
This role installs, configures, maintains, and supports Autodesk and Bentley platforms, analyzes user issues, enforces design standards, and helps advance design technology with training materials and best practices.

Position summary: The Design Software Support Agent within the Design Center of Excellence (DCOE) plays a role in advancing design technology, standardization, and operational excellence across the organization. This position is responsible for assisting with the stable operation of AEC design software within the organization. This includes assisting with the installation, configuration, maintenance, support, and optimization of designated AEC design software platforms (such as Autodesk and Bentley ) across the enterprise. The agent will also analyze and resolve userdesignsoftwareissues ina timelyandaccuratefashion. Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.
Compensation for this position is $55,000.00 - $65,000.00, commensurate with experience, education and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description. Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, computer science, technology,or related field.
Proficiencyin Bentley and/or Autodesk CADD products
Proficiencyin ProjectWise and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud(ACC)
Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
