Job summary

3 Day Blinds is looking for motivated individuals to work as in-home sales consultants in Portland, Oregon. You'll collaborate with clients to design custom window treatments that enhance home aesthetics. The position offers a dynamic work environment, company-lead appointments, and the potential for high earnings with commissions averaging from $70K to over $100K.

Who You Are

• A people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others

• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments
• Open to working evenings and at least one weekend day
• Have reliable transportation and are comfortable traveling locally
