Job summary

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality window treatments. As a Design Consultant, you will visit clients in their homes, design beautiful, custom solutions, and guide them to a confident buying decision in a single visit.

You will receive company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, plus mileage reimbursement and full benefits as you build a high-impact career with a national brand.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is beneficial.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation

Who you are

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally — your territory is your office

Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles. No prior design experience required — we'll train you.
