Closets by Design is seeking a Designer/Sales Representative in Florida to help clients organize spaces while earning uncapped commissions. Training is provided, and you’ll meet clients across Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, and Palm Beach counties with pre-set appointments.

No formal degree is required, and a driver’s license plus auto insurance are necessary. The role emphasizes commission-based earnings and ongoing mentorship to grow your income.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required.
• Willing to complete a 16-week sales training program.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete a 16-week sales training program.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities and capture details.
• Educate customers on products and services and guide them through the decision process.
