American Bathroom Remodelers is seeking a motivated Design SALES Consultant to join our growing team in San Diego, CA. This full-time role centers on in-home bathroom remodeling sales, guiding homeowners through design choices, pricing, and financing options while driving a high-earning performance through a proven process.

You’ll meet pre-qualified homeowners, present customized remodeling solutions, and close sales, earning base pay plus uncapped commissions with year-round work and strong

Qualifications

• Previous bathroom remodeling sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in home improvement or remodeling sales is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience conducting in-home consultations and closing sales.
• Interior design experience may be beneficial, but candidates with strong sales backgrounds are preferred over design-only experience.

Responsabilités

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations.
• Evaluate customers' bathroom remodeling needs, goals, and budget.
• Design and recommend customized bathroom remodeling solutions.
• Present products, upgrades, pricing, and financing options.
• Educate homeowners on product features, benefits, and installation processes.
• Guide customers through the sales process from consultation to signed agreement.
• Assist homeowners with selecting fixtures, colors, finishes, layouts, and design options.
• Accurately document project details and prepare contracts.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.

Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys helping homeowners transform their living spaces? American Bathroom Remodelers is seeking a Design SALES Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a sales-driven, in-home bathroom remodeling position focused on helping homeowners select the best remodeling solutions for their needs. While design is an important part of the role, success in this position comes from building trust, presenting solutions, and confidently guiding customers through the purchasing process.

You’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, provide customized bathroom remodeling recommendations, and help customers bring their dream bathrooms to life while achieving exceptional earnings through a proven sales process.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous bathroom remodeling sales experience strongly preferred.


• Experience in bathroom remodeling, home improvement, remodeling, replacement windows, roofing, kitchens, or other in-home sales environments preferred.


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.


• Experience conducting in-home consultations and closing sales.


• Construction or remodeling industry knowledge is a plus.


• Interior design experience may be beneficial, but candidates with strong sales backgrounds are preferred over design-only experience.


• Competitive mindset with a passion for helping homeowners improve their homes.
