This key role ensures design excellence and client satisfaction in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in project management and a strong understanding of GMP and cleanroom design. You will coordinate teams, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with regulations while promoting innovation and sustainability in design practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in design project management, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotech facility design.
• Strong understanding of GMP, cleanroom design, and regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design phase of complex facility projects from concept through construction documentation.
• Serve as the primary design liaison with clients, facilitating clear communication.
• Lead and coordinate internal design teams and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
