Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat in Groton, CT seeks a Program Manager to oversee the COLUMBIA S1B Design Program. You will coordinate with contract leads, technical leads, engineering, program finance, purchasing, NAVSEA and NNL to manage funding, schedules, and technical work for timely, cost-effective delivery.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in engineering/technical/Finance or Management, an active DoD Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain) and at least two years of PM experience.

• Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain clearance.
• Two years of relevant program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage/oversight of COLUMBIA S1B Design Program schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with contract leads, technical leads, and NAVSEA/NNL.
• Prepare reports and presentations for Program Reviews.
• Drive engineering/design to meet time and budget targets.
• Communicate risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Travel as needed.
