Qualificações

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience typical for Design Professional I.
• On the path to Architectural Registration; sustainable design accreditation preferred.
• Basic to intermediate skills in Revit, Rhino and Grasshopper; visualization tools such as Bluebeam, Twinmotion, Enscape expected.

Responsabilidades

• Modifies or creates implementation documents using standard architectural techniques and collaboration.
• Performs routine architectural assignments with design contributions from team members.
• Attends on-site visits, field reviews, and meetings with clients and other project teams.
• Assists in preparing proposals, presentations, schedules and documentation.
• Coordinates with other disciplines, vendors and contractors to meet project requirements.
• Participates in team meetings to discuss design and technical issues and coordination.
• Travel may be required.

Performs basic design and technical tasks requiring application of standard techniques and knowledge while working under general supervision.
