• Strong verbal and graphic communication skills, an ability to think creatively and critically, and an eagerness to learn and develop new architectural and design skills.
• Proficiency in Revit is required, along with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Experience with Enscape, architectural detailing, specifications, and construction documents is highly desirable.
• The position will provide opportunities to work on projects through multiple phases of design and construction documentation while developing technical and professional skills.

We offer full benefits, generous paid time off, and family-friendly working hours, with a flexible hybrid schedule of three days in our White River Junction office and up to two days working remotely each week. The salary will be in the range of $60,000 – $75,000 depending on the level of experience.
