• Develop design and technical solutions and documentation under the supervision of an experienced architect.
• Participate in observation and documentation of existing building conditions.
• Demonstrate design skills and technical proficiency with Autodesk, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; strong Revit skills.

Cushing Terrell is seeking a Design Professional with 0-4 years of experience to join our integrated architecture and engineering team.

As a Design Professional with Cushing Terrell, you will collaborate with project teams on architectural design, project development, construction documents, and construction administration. Design Professionals develop design and technical solutions under the direct supervision of an experienced architect.

In this role, you’ll contribute to exciting, dynamic projects including education, retail, and commercial project types where creative thinking and strong technical execution are equally valued. Working alongside architects and engineers, you’ll help develop design concepts, translate ideas into buildable solutions, and gain hands‑on experience across all phases of a project. We’re looking for someone who brings a high level of creativity, curiosity, and a drive to push ideas further.

Position Salary Range*

The expected salary range for this position is $57,000 to $65,000 annually.

Required Qualifications**

• NAAB‑accredited architecture degree required
• 0-4 years of experience in architecture
