Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Design Operations Project Intern (TikTok LIVE) to contribute to visual design and video content for branding and lead generation. The role offers hands-on experience from concept through execution in a fast-paced team.

Based in the United States, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, organize assets, and apply feedback to deliver visuals and motion elements while developing skills in Figma and After Effects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a design-related BS/MS degree.
• Basic visual and video production skills with Figma and After Effects familiarity.
• Strong visual sense and ability to iterate based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support production of visual designs and video content for branding and lead gen.
• Edit short-form videos for social media, creator content and campaigns.
• Design KV, posters, covers, social graphics and simple motion elements.
• Participate in the full creative workflow from concept to optimization.
• Assist with day-to-day content production and cross-functional tasks.
• Organize assets, manage versions and maintain design guidelines.
