Job summary

Haskoning is seeking a Design Manager (MCF/Data Centres) to lead multidisciplinary design efforts. You will manage scope, budget, and contracts for projects while coordinating delivery schedules and workload with a global team.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 5+ years of experience, and strong communication skills in English. Travel flexibility is expected with opportunities across international sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Fluent English is required; Dutch/German is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope-of-work, design budget, and contract documents for each project.
• Update design delivery schedule and distribute workload within the team.
• Coordinate and optimize design with multi-disciplinary teams and external parties.
• Lead and challenge design solutions and changes.
• Create and communicate innovative ideas and designs to client and team.
