Job summary

WD Partners Inc. is seeking a Design Manager to steer day-to-day project work and internal communications, coordinating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver brand-right solutions for clients.

You will lead client interactions, mentor design professionals, and ensure deliverables meet goals, schedules, and quality across restaurant, retail, and healthcare projects. Remote work from anywhere in the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent
• Experience managing projects and leading a team with delegation and prioritization
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience on restaurant, grocery, retail, healthcare or similar projects helpful
• Design portfolio or work samples required

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, and/or equivalent knowledge gained from education and/or work experience
• Prior experience managing projects and leading a team - ability to delegate, organize, prioritize and develop quality deliverables
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
• Experience working on restaurant, grocery, retail, healthcare or similar projects is helpful
• A design portfolio and/or work samples are required
