Engineering & Science
This position is responsible for managing the architectural due diligence and design process associated with all Bridgestone Retail Operations LLC formats for new self-development, build to suit, remodeled, and expanded stores. The position is responsible for conducting technical negotiations and construction document reviews with outside developers, architects, and engineers, and building permit officials culminating in the creation of construction, bidding, and contract documents. This role is also responsible for leading various non-new store projects and initiatives from their inception to construction completion, while managing the activities of internal business partners including the Marketing, Store Operations, Environmental Health and Safety (EHSS) and Real Estate Teams. This position is directly responsible for decisions that impact project budgets through risk management, proper administrative practices, and financial stewardship. This is a Nashville, TN based role. Relocation is available for the right candidate.
