The Project Design Manager will oversee the entire design process throughout the construction lifecycle—from the conceptual stage by the Architect and Engineer (A&E) team, through planning and permitting, to final Construction Documents, for one of several school projects located in the US Virgin Islands. This role ensures the design aligns with the company and client’s vision while staying within schedule and budget constraints. The Design Manager serves as the main point of contact for Architects and Engineers throughout the design phase and continues to provide support during construction as needed. This position will start in Miami and will then relocate to St. Thomas, the US Virgin Islands.
