Job summary

Knightwood Associates Limited is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and coordinate the design process on major schemes in Berkshire. The role is hybrid, with responsibilities spanning pre-construction through to completion and close collaboration with project teams, consultants and subcontractors.

The successful candidate will own the design management process, drive programmes, chair design meetings and ensure quality documentation across high-profile projects.

Design Manager - Berkshire (Hybrid)
We're working with a well-established national contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering a variety of high-quality projects. They are looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to lead and coordinate the design process across major schemes, playing a key role in delivering successful projects from pre-construction through to completion.

You'll work on a major project in Dorset, taking ownership of the design management process while collaborating closely with project teams, consultants and subcontractors. You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, offering long-term career prospects within a supportive and forward-thinking business.

Key responsibilities:
