Sapsf is seeking a Design Lead for Product Design and DFMA to guide a team of designers toward high-impact outcomes that align with business goals and user needs. You will shape design standards and collaborate with stakeholders across the product lifecycle.

You will mentor designers, present concepts to leadership, stay ahead of industry trends, and drive excellence in product design through disciplined processes and thoughtful UX strategy.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of product design principles and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of design for manufacturing and assembly (DfMA) principles.
• Familiarity with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor designers and collaborate with stakeholders.
