Job Overview: The Design for Manufacturing Engineer supports the assembly, integration, testing, and pre-ship performance evaluation of operational EVA and IVA spacesuit systems used in safety- and mission-critical applications. This role operates under moderate supervision within established engineering processes and procedures while providing meaningful opportunities for independent technical judgment, problem solving, and continuous improvement. The position provides hands‑on exposure to the full product lifecycle in aerospace engineering, including design, fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, integration, verification, testing, and sustainment activities.
