Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Design Engineer (EIT) to join our Municipal team in Cedar Rapids. You will support project managers and engineers with design and construction activities and help deliver safe, sustainable communities.
The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree, be or be eligible for EIT within 12 months, and be proficient in CAD software. Willingness to travel during construction season is required.

In this entry level civil engineering role, we are looking to add an EIT who will help foster our mission that All People Should Live in Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Communities! The majority of your time will be spent assisting project managers and project engineers in design and construction phase activities on Municipal projects. This position is open to December 2026 or May 2027 graduates, or an experienced EIT.
