Job summary

Span Tech Inc. in Glasgow, KY is seeking a Design Engineer Level 3 to design and develop Designer System Conveyors and product handling components.

You will interface with the Engineering Supervisor to align non-standard Designer System specifications with cost, reliability, and customer requirements.

The role oversees the design, development, and implementation of all products and systems, guiding junior designers and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.

• Interfaces with Account Managers, Production Managers, and Assembly Leaders to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Assists Design Engineers and Detailers on all job specifications.
• Demonstrates understanding of design principles for Design Detailer Level 1 and 2, and Design Engineer Level 1–3 components.

Has a broad knowledge of engineering procedures. Interfaces with Account Managers, Production Managers, and Assembly Leaders to ensure the project is designed and built to customer expectations. Assist Design Engineers and Detailers on all job specifications.Demonstrates an understanding of the design principles and standards for Design Detailer Level 1 and 2, Design Engineer Level 1, 2 and 3 components.
