Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) and engineering simulation/FEA tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed technical analyses of products and tooling to define design principles and dimensions.
• Ensure cross-product compatibility across lines.
• Lead quality improvement projects for existing products using structured problem-solving methods.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Production teams.
• Prepare technical training for internal teams.
• Participate in Agile and Stage Gate NPD processes; utilize AI-assisted design tools.
