Our bow-to-stern capabilities include acoustic and sonar protection systems, propulsion systems, advanced composite structures, missile subsystems, canisters and launchers, and autonomous underwater vehicle subsystems. From concept through production, we combine engineering, materials expertise, specialized manufacturing, and large-scale testing to deliver mission-ready systems that reduce technical risk and support long-term operational performance.

The Design Engineer supports composite component design and manufacturing by developing three-dimensional models, detailed drawings, bill of materials, and production documentation for maritime defense applications. This role collaborates with manufacturing, quality, and project teams to improve product performance, support prototyping, and identify design enhancements.

  • Experience using additional CAD platforms such as NX, AutoCAD, CATIA, or Inventor is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or manufacturing industries.
