Your Responsibilities

As a Design Engineer, Hydraulics for Ag Engineering - Modules located in Silvis, IL or Des Moines, IA, you will:

  • Execute EPDP, Continuous Improvement and Cost Reduction design projects for steering and brake systems parts for multiple product families
  • Perform CREO CAD design space analysis for global machines
  • Work on cross-functional alignments on interfaces jointly with internal stakeholders in an international environment
  • Model hydraulic components in CREO CAD
  • Negotiate with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Work on requirements and specifications for the areas of design responsibility
