Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering with Power and Machinery focus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Minimum three years of related product design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop original designs or adaptations for current product lines.
• Plan and conduct multiple projects; review progress and results.
• Lead projects through full product life cycle: design to production.
• Prepare complete 3D models and layout drawings for complex parts and products.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-reduction efforts.
• Research new materials, methods, and suppliers to benefit design and production.
• Align to company mission, values and safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
