Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred.
• 9+ years of apparel design experience focused on women's dresses.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Deep knowledge of dress silhouettes, fabrication, fit, and construction.
• Experience translating customer insights into commercial products.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design vision and product direction for A&F Women's Dresses.
• Drive seasonal product strategy across the Dresses category.
• Leverage expertise in dress design, silhouette development, fabrication, fit, and construction.
• Oversee end-to-end design process with Merchandising, Technical Design, and Sourcing.
• Lead and develop a team of designers, providing mentorship and career development.
• Identify opportunities to grow the Dresses assortment through market analysis and trend insights.
• Maintain understanding of global market and emerging trends while staying authentic to the brand.
• Champion innovation in product design, fabrication, construction, and outfitting.
• Present seasonal concepts and assortment recommendations to senior leadership.
