Job summary

rag & bone seeks a Design Director to lead White Label Wovens—Outerwear, Tailoring, Non-Denim Bottoms, and Shirting—reporting to the Head of Men's Design. You will shape the everyday essentials that anchor Rag & Bone Men's.

You will drive design direction, mentor designers, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and product excellence across the White Label line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design and 8+ years of wovens design experience.
• Proven experience leading design direction for a full product line.
• Creative thinker with a strong point of view and passion for menswear.
• Expert technical knowledge of Wovens (outerwear, tailoring, bottoms, shirting).

Responsibilities

• Research seasonal inspiration and brand lifestyle trends.
• Set and own sketches, colorups, and material suggestions for wovens.
• Prepare techpacks/design sheets for hand-offs to the technical team.
• Attend weekly fittings to verify fit and construction.
• Present concepts at multiple stages to leadership and partners.
• Maintain seasonal boards and ensure brand consistency across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with merchandising, product development, and tech design.
• Support the team in meetings and reviews with clear communication.
