Droga5, part of Accenture Song, is a creative agency shaping brand influence through concept-driven aesthetics and systematic design thinking. The Design Director leads a multidisciplinary team, translating the vision of multiple projects into award-winning work with minimal oversight.

They collaborate with department co-leaders and clients, mentoring junior designers to grow careers while maintaining a culture of excellence and originality across campaigns and ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience at a design firm, Advertising Agency or related industry.
• Proven track record of award-winning or breakthrough work.
• Experience managing individuals and teams of people; collaborative and team oriented.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple pieces of business and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work internally and with clients.
• Understanding of design process beyond campaign work.
• Expert production experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple pieces of business at once, effectively managing time and delegating work.
• Manage staff, both in reviewing work and in guiding their career development and growth.
• Think beyond the campaign, developing comprehensive ecosystems of work.
• Forge strong client relationships and establish full client trust.
• Push work beyond the status quo and motivate all departments to excel.
• See briefs as opportunities and elevate team output.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to determine scopes and project requirements.
