Job summary

CBX. A BRAND AGENCY seeks a design leader to Direct and mentor a team of designers, providing daily creative direction to deliver high-quality work aligned with client and brand objectives.

You will lead design kick-off meetings and offer strategic guidance to ensure project alignment, inspire with industry insights, and collaborate with the Creative Director on compelling presentations. Strong typography, logo design, and brand storytelling are essential, as is confident client-facing

• Experience directing and coaching design teams.
• Ability to present work clearly in client reviews.
• Strong brand storytelling and strategic thinking.
• Excellent typography and logo design skills.
