Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Design Coordinator to join our Architecture practice focused on technology and data center projects across the United States. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams to design and deliver construction documents.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture, Revit proficiency, and strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in data centers or mission-critical facilities is preferred; registration aspirations are encouraged.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field required.
Credentials to obtain future registration required or pursued.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) desired.
Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit and related tools/process.
Demonstrated graphic presentation skills.
Active participation in employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

Design and process management in all phases of the architectural process.
Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction documentation.
Site and program analysis; evaluate project site and environmental factors.
Prepare architectural designs and construction documents; coordinate with consultants.
Identify and review relevant code/zoning requirements.
Build models using Revit or Rhino; communicate conflicts and develop solutions.
Perform other duties as needed.
