Job summary

Ballard Designs, part of the QVC Group, is seeking a Design Consultant to elevate guest experiences with scheduled appointments, studio visits, and on-demand design services at our Mount Pleasant, SC store.

You will collaborate with other consultants, network locally, and support the store team with merchandising, order entry, and product training while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of interior design, consultation, and event planning experience.
• Space planning and basic drafting skills.
• Ability to read architectural and floor plans.
• Valid driver's license for home visits.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide design expertise for studio and home appointments, virtual sessions, and on-demand design.
• Identify local organizations to promote Design Solutions partnerships.
• Support store team with order entry, visual floorsets, merchandising, and training.
