QVC Group is seeking a Design Consultant to elevate guest experience through personalized design services. This onsite role in West Palm Beach focuses on Studio and Home visits, with a commitment to expanding our design solutions within the community.

You will partner with other consultants, report to the Store Leader, and help promote external outreach while supporting store operations and training activities. Availability includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of interior design experience.
• Space planning proficiency.
• Basic drafting skills and ability to read architectural plans.
• Ability to conduct home visits with clients.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

As a Design Consultant, you will be responsible for elevating our guest experience with an emphasis on nurturing the growth of our complimentary design service. Your partnership with other Design Consultants will help promote external outreach within the community to support and expand our current market reach. You are the champion of guest engagement, so our guests will experience an inspiring shopping event where they feel empowered to customize their space.

Where You’ll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Palm Beach, FL, location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
• Store Hours: Mon - Sat: 10am - 5pm | Sun: CLOSED

What You’ll Do

• Provide design expertise for scheduled appointments (Studio and Home visits), virtual appointments, and "on-demand" design time
• Identify and network with local organizations and businesses that would benefit from Design Solutions services and provide them with DS marketing materials.
• Support the retail store team in varied responsibilities, including order entry, visual floorsets and merchandising reinforcement of store maintenance and standards, and product training activities

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years’ experience in interior design, consultation, and event planning
• Space planning skills
• Employ basic drafting skills with the ability to read and interpret architectural plans and basic floor plans
• Conduct Home Visits with established guests and a valid driver’s license
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
