Job summary

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of custom window treatments, recruiting Design Consultants to meet clients in their homes and guide them to confident buying decisions during a single visit.

You will design solutions, manage your schedule, and build your business through referrals. Training is provided, with uncapped earning potential and a full-time opportunity in a national brand.

With company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you'll have everything you need to build a high-impact career from day one. What you'll do

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space

Who you are

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day, and 4 days during the week
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally — your territory is your office
