Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking an experienced Senior Designer (TOYS) to support the creative development of collectible products from concept through production, driven by a passion for toys, vinyl figures, plush, fandom, gaming, anime, entertainment, and pop culture.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of product design experience.
• Portfolio showing both 2D concept development and 3D product execution.
• Experience with CAD, 3D modeling, sculpting, or rapid prototyping.
• Strong knowledge of color, materials, finishes, manufacturing, and product development.
• Experience creating character-driven products, collectible systems, or premium collector experiences preferred.
• Genuine passion for collectibles, gaming, anime, entertainment, street culture, and fandom communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of collectible products from concept through final production.
• Develop original character concepts, collectible systems, product series, and storytelling experiences.
• Create mood boards, renderings, concept presentations, prototypes, and visual storytelling assets.
• Collaborate with development, sourcing, manufacturing, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Translate consumer trends into compelling collectible products.
• Partner with factory teams to support engineering, manufacturing feasibility, and product quality.
• Explore opportunities across toys, plush, figures, collectibles, accessories, and emerging product categories.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while driving creative innovation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong passion for toys, vinyl figures, plush, fandom, gaming, anime, entertainment, and pop culture.

About the Role:

In this role, you'll lead the design and development of collectible products that bring original ideas, character-driven concepts, and fan-first storytelling to life. You'll partner closely with development, sourcing, manufacturing, vendors, and cross-functional teams to create products that are creatively compelling, commercially relevant, and ready for production.

What You'll Be Doing:

What We're Looking For:
