3 Day Blinds is looking for a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit.

You will work with company-provided appointments and receive four weeks of paid training, plus uncapped earning potential and mileage reimbursement. This field-based role offers full benefits and room to grow within a national brand.

What you'll do

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking

• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week

Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles. No prior design experience required — we'll train you.
