Job summary

HNTB Corporation seeks a DB Design Manager (Transit) to lead teams on major transit projects and pursue new opportunities. This officer-level role requires extensive experience collaborating with contractors and delivering mega and super mega projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 12+ years of relevant experience including 6+ years delivering mega/super mega projects.
• Master's degree preferred for advancement.
• PE certification in multiple states (e.g., CA) preferred.
• DBIA certification highly desired.
• PMP certification beneficial for project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develops and nurtures key client relationships and serves as primary client contact on assigned projects.
• Manages financial performance, cash flow, budget, schedule, and scope to meet goals.
• Staffs projects by coordinating with leaders and managers per the Work Plan.
• Collaborates with leadership to resolve challenges and achieve business objectives.
• Supervises and mentors project staff and oversees Project Manager(s) as needed.
• Leads pursuit efforts for mega and super mega projects and supports proposals and presentations.
