Mannik Smith Group is seeking a Design-Build Roadway Lead in Denver, CO, to lead engineering teams for various transportation projects. The role requires a PE license, a decade of experience in transportation infrastructure design, and proficiency with Microstation OpenRoads or AutoCAD Civil 3D. Competitive salary range is $180,000 - $230,000 per year.

Qualifications

Proven history of meeting project deadlines.
Ability and commitment to be assigned to local and Rocky Mountain Region wide projects.
Outstanding client and personnel skills and the ability to persuasively communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

Lead roadway discipline engineering teams for Transportation projects.
Coordinate with other discipline leads.
Lead roadway design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specifications, and quantity tasks.

Skills

10+ years of experience in transportation infrastructure design

5+ years of leading roadway design for infrastructure projects

Current PE license

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
