Job summary

Horrocks seeks a Design-Build Roadway Lead/Manager for its Innovative Pursuits Team in the Mountain West region. You will lead pursuit and delivery of roadway projects, mentoring teams and coordinating with contractors to provide value-added designs that advance project objectives.

The role emphasizes growth within a leading Design-Build practice and collaboration across local and national partner networks to ensure successful outcomes.
