Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Project Engineer in Phoenix, Arizona, to manage large-scale construction projects over $30 million. You'll build client relationships, collaborate with architects and planners, establish budgets, and mentor junior staff. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Construction Management or related fields, with 0-5 years of experience. This role requires site visits and some travel across the country. Qualifications

• 0 to 5 years of experience managing construction projects, ideally in design-build.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology.
• Ability to walk a job site and lift objects of at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build client and subcontractor relationships.
• Create and manage a design schedule with Architects, Engineers, and Planners.
• Establish project forecasts and budgets.
• Manage costs and project execution.
• Mentor and develop Interns and new project management staff.
