Mannik Smith Group is seeking a Design-Build MOT Lead to join their Innovative Pursuits team in Las Vegas. The role involves leading engineering teams for transportation projects, coordinating with various disciplines, and developing innovative traffic control solutions.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience leading MOT designs, a current PE license, and excellent communication skills. A competitive salary up to $230,000 annually and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leading MOT/traffic control designs for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Must possess a current PE license, preferably in specified states.

Responsibilities

• Lead MOT engineering teams for transportation DB and/or PDB projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads to ensure project success.
• Work closely with contractor partners on traffic control plans.
