Intel Corporation seeks a Design Automation & DevOps Software Engineer to build and maintain tools for advanced CPU design. You will support an internal AI-enhanced design environment and collaborate across software, CAD, and hardware teams to improve productivity.
The role blends software engineering with CPU design, focusing on scalable infrastructure and secure, maintainable code in a hybrid work model. You will join Intel’s ACE DA organization and help shape next-gen AI-assisted engineering.
Join Intel's All Cores Engineering (ACE) organization to be a part of the team responsible for delivering Intel's industry-leading CPU cores. You will work as a Design Automation & DevOps Software Engineer for the development of tools used in advanced CPU design. In this role you will be responsible for key aspects of the design infrastructure including managing an internal cloud of high-performance compute that is essential for CPU design and analysis.
This role sits at the intersection s/w engineering and CPU design. You'll join a team adopting AI-assisted development tools as part of the central engineering platform, with more workflows moving in that direction every day. You will contribute to both the established work of building and maintaining automation solutions and the forward-looking work of helping to realize the full potential of AI tools for CPU design.
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

$105,650.00-200,340.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at our assigned Intel site and off-site.
