Job summary

Envision is seeking experienced Cardiac Anesthesiologists to join Valley Anesthesiology Consultants Cardiac Division in Phoenix, AZ.

This full-time role offers a premier compensation package with a minimum $550k–$800k annual base, a $100K start date bonus, and longevity bonuses.

The position includes 50 days of PTO and requires ABA Board Certification or eligibility within six years, plus completion of a Cardiothoracic Anesthesia Fellowship.

Qualifications

• ABA Board Certified or certified within six years of training.
• Cardiothoracic Anesthesia Fellowship completed.
• Experience with open heart and cath lab procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide cardiac anesthesia for open heart and cath lab procedures.
• Support TAVR, MitraClip, TMVR and LAA occlusion devices.
• Operate within a dedicated cardiac division at Banner/Valley sites.

The best cardiac anesthesia job in the country. Twenty-one cardiac physician practice established in 1983 with a need for two more to join our team. On/Off Pump Open Heart Cath Lab Structural Heart Procedures (TAVR, MitraClip, TMVR, LAA Occlusion Device) with NO supervision.

Compensation: This position delivers an excellent compensation package with a competitive base salary and call compensation. High salary with $550k (minimum) - $800k per year.
