Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Dessert Attendant to support dessert preparation and presentation following recipes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. You will help manage inventory, track expirations, and complete shift duties with a fast-paced team.

The role is full-time and provides benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, and voluntary options. Weekend and holiday work is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all dessert items according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensure appearance by maintaining proper inventory, safety and sanitation.
• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all dessert items according to recipe in an efficient manner.

• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
