Job summary

Derry Imaging seeks a full-time Front Desk Receptionist who will greet patients warmly and coordinate front desk activities across multiple offices in Bedford, Concord, and surrounding NH locations. The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced setting while maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience in a medical office; radiology scheduling and insurance knowledge are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years’ medical office experience preferred.
• Radiology scheduling experience strongly preferred.
• Basic medical terminology and insurance knowledge preferred.
• Skilled in the use of computers; excellent typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as a valued member of the family and coordinate front desk activities.
• Float to all Derry Imaging offices as needed to support operations.
• Maintain a fast-paced, organized reception area and ensure patient confidentiality (HIPAA).

Derry Imaging seeks a full-time Front Desk Receptionist. The successful candidate will float to all Derry Imaging offices, as needed. You must love a fast pace and be ready to enjoy a competitive salary and great workenvironment!

WHAT EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?

• High school diploma required
• At least 2 years’ experience in a medical office preferred
• Radiology scheduling experience strongly preferred
• Basic medical terminology and insurance knowledge preferred
• Skilled in the use of computers and related software applications; excellent typing skills
• Detailed oriented, ability to multi-task with constant interruption required
• Above average organisational and interpersonal skills
• Demonstration of ethical and professional conduct, including the ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)
