Qualifications

• Previous experience or training in a veterinary facility.
• Friendly, outgoing and people oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capable of cross-training for front office receptionist duties; telephone and computer skills required.
• Team player willing to learn new techniques and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support under veterinarians.
• Demonstrate compassionate patient care in waiting and exam areas.
• Record keeping and communication with doctors.
• Assist with medication dispensing and client education.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and housekeeping.
